Configuring a News Account in Outlook Express

  1. In Outlook Express, Click on the Tools Menu. Select Accounts.
    From the Tools Menu, select Accounts.
  2. Click on the News tab.
    You'll see your news account when you click on the Mail tab.
  3. Find your News account. Click on Properties.
    Highlight your news account and click on the Properties button..
  4. Click on the General tab.

Your mail account should be called 'username', where 'username' is your username. Your email address and reply address need to match exactly.
