"I Can Send Mail but not Receive Any."

This means: one of a few things. If you get an error message involving the word "password," chances are that your mail settings may be incorrect, or perhaps you're typing in your password incorrectly.
If the server times out when you try to check your mail, someone may have sent you a large attachment that's clogging your mail spool and preventing downloads. You might want to check your mail settings just in case, though.
If you're expecting mail from someone who says they sent it, double-check to make sure they sent it to the right email address. Email addresses are case-sensitive; they should always be lowercase. Your.Real.Name@BauerCom.Net won't make it to you. Mail has to be addressed to the address you chose when you signed up, in the following format: username@BauerCom.Net
Click on the "Send and Receive" button--or the "Check Mail" or "Get Msg" button--to make sure there's nothing lurking on the mail server for you.
