Browsing the Web with Communicator for Win95

  • Operating System: Win95
  • Application: Netscape Communicator

Navigation with Netscape Communicator is a different beast than Netscape 3.0, but it's easy to manage if you remember the following things:

  1. How to type in a URL
  2. How to move back and forth from page to page
  3. How to add a site to your Bookmark list
  4. How to go back to a site via your Bookmark list
  5. How to use it to get to Mail and News

  1. Find the URL in the Address: field.
  2. Highlight the URL with your mouse.
  3. Replace it with the URL of the place you want to go.
  4. Hit Return, and you're on your way.

2. How to move back and forth from page to page

The Back button--

--allows you to go the page you had just visited.

The Forward button--
